Things with odd/funny names are always good, but what's more important is the interesting story behind. If the street you grew up on was named "Smith Avenue", but it became named that after a heroic neighbor named Smith defended the block from a hoard of one-eyed, fire-breathing giant chinchillas, that's perfect HIGNT material.
